摘　　要：Brooke—Spiegler综合征（Brooke—Spiegler syndrome，BSS）是一种常染色体显性遗传的良性皮肤附属器肿瘤综合征，发生的肿瘤主要有圆柱瘤、毛发上皮瘤和／或汗腺腺瘤。近年来对该病进行了多方面的研究并取得了一定进展，该文对该病的临床和病理表现以及近年来关于该病发病机制和遗传方面的研究进展作一综述。Brooke-Spiegler syndrome （BSS） is an autosomal dominant disease characterized by cylindromas, trichoepitheliomas and/or spiradenomas. Recently, a number of researches have been performed about it and have made great progresses. This article reviews its clinical and pathological manifestation, and the progresses in the research of pathogensis and genetics of BSS.
