摘 要:美国麻省理工学院开放课件项目(MITOCW)的成功以及在其推动下教育资源开放共享在全球的迅速发展是创新事物在互联网时代推广传播的新实践。文章以MITOCW的创新为主题,主要运用案例研究、文献综述的方法,运用创新推广理论的观点,结合创新事物推广的"S"曲线和MITOCW项目发展阶段进行论证分析,总结提炼其在提高获取性、推广应用方面具体的创新性举措,探究项目迅速发展的内在动力。笔者认为,MITOCW具备创新事物的基本特性,实现了理念创新、产品创新和方法创新的综合实践创新,并体现出网络时代创新事物推广传播的新特点,成为网络时代知识开放分享的崭新模式。MIT OCW has succeeded in promoting the opening and sharing of global educational resources six years after its implementation. It is a new initiative to spread knowledge in the networked age.Based on case study and literature review, this article focuses on five features of MIT OCW in view of Diffusion of Innovation Theory, S-shaped curve and the developmental stages of the MIT OCW project. It critiques the project's S-shaped curve and sums up its innovative measures for increasing accessibility and applicability. It also attempts to identify the underlying causes of the project's rapid development. MIT OCW is a successful example of putting innovation in ideas, in products and in methods into practice. As a new mode of knowledge sharing, MIT OCW embodies new features of spreading new knowledge in the networked age and becomes an option for strategic renovation both in conventional higher education and in distance education.
