摘  要:分析了堵渣机的功能结构,根据堵渣机所具有的变结构、变自由度及内力封闭的自适应结构特征,对其不同工作阶段的不同功能结构的过约束进行分析,提出了含力封闭高副的多杆变结构及变自由度自适应机械系统的自调结构设计的原则与方法,得出了自适应机械的自调结构既能根据内部误差进行自调,又能根据外部工作条件的变化进行自调的重要结论,实际工程应用实践证明了这一点。机构自调结构具有工程实用价值和巨大的应用前景。Based on the analysis of functional structure of a stopper,overconstraints were analyzed by various functional structures in different working stages ,according to the self-adaptive structural characteristics of variable structure, variable freedom and internal force closure of stopper. The principle and method of designing self-adjustable structure of multi-link self-adaptive mechanism with variable structure and variable freedom were presented,which contained force-closure and high -pair. The crucial conclusion that the self-adjustable structure in self-adaptive mechanism can adjust itself by its internal error, and by environmental changes. It is reasonable and effective in its application in engineering. Engineering practical value of self-adaptive structure of mechanism and great prospect is proofed thoroughly.
