摘 要:分析了汽车电动助力转向(EPS)系统的结构及其动力学特性,建立了线性三自由度汽车模型及其与EPS系统的集成数学模型;采用自适应模糊神经推理系统确定助力电机的目标电流,采用自适应单神经元PID控制器跟踪助力电机的目标电流,通过台架试验数据来训练模糊神经网络,确定不同行驶工况的转向助力值。通过仿真计算,研究了EPS系统与整车操纵性能的匹配关系及EPS系统主要参数的设计原则,为EPS系统的结构参数和控制参数的优化设计提供了依据。The structure and dynamics characteristics of an electric power steering system (EPS) was analyzed, and a 3 DOFs linear mathematical model of vehicle combined with EPS was set up. The objective current of EPS assisted motor under any driving conditions was determined by ANFIS, and tracked by using adaptive single neuron PID controller. The ANFIS was trained by the data collected from the specially designed test bed. On the basis of simulation analysis, the matching relationship between EPS and the whole vehicle was studied,and the design rules of key parameters of EPS were investigated. The results provide the optimization design foundation on the EPS structure and controller.
