摘 要:基于系统周界的观控模型及其可观控性定理,把淤地坝坝控流域概化为一个系统进行研究,通过对其输入、输出与内部状态及其之间的关系进行分析,得出了系统周界的观控模型可以对某一输入使其按评价水平的要求进行观控的结论.通过对陕西省榆林市子洲县南部的小河沟流域的石畔峁坝坝控流域进行观控分析,发现该模型在有效的评价水平的指引下,能够对输入该流域的人类活动影响做出分析、判断与调控,从而达到减小流域侵蚀的目的,实现了流域系统的协调稳定发展,开阔了淤地坝研究的思路.On the basis of the observation-control model of boundary and its observability- controllability theory, a controlled area of check dam can be generalized as a system to research. The inputs, outputs and inner states of system and their relationships were analyzed and a conclusion that the observation and control of the controlled area of check dam are achieved under certain effective evaluation level according to input sets of system based on the model was drawn. A case study on the controlled area of Shipanmao check dam was performed in Xiaohegou Valley, Southern Zizhou Town, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. Results show that the model can analyze, judge and control human activities input into the controlled area under certain effective evaluation level. The results will reduce erosion in small watersheds, achieve the coordination development of small watersheds and widen the research on check dams.
