广西民办高校内部管理初探

摘　　要：民办高校的内部管理有自身的特点,表现为管理决策的自主性、教师聘任的流动性、办学方向的灵活性和教育管理的重要性。本文揭示广西民办高校内部管理中的办学理念、教育经费、教师队伍建设、学生管理和教学管理方面存在的问题,指出民办高校应通过拥有优秀的办学者、拓宽资金来源渠道、建设精良的师资队伍、注重学生能力培养和提高产出竞争力等途径来加强内部管理。The internal management of non-governmental institutions of higher learning is characteristic of its decision-making power in management, the mobility of employed teachers, the flexibility of schooling orientation and the importance of the educational management. The paper lists the problems existing in sehooling ideas, educational expenses, teaehing staff, management of students and teaching management, and points out that non-governmental institutions of higher learning should have excellent school-runners, broaden the channel of capital sources, cultivate highly qualified teaching staff, stress the development of students＇ ability and enhance the output competitiveness to strengthen the internal management.
