竞合环境下基于信誉与契约的组织间知识共享激励研究

摘  要:根据对基于知识的基本价值、垄断价值、协同价值、杠杆价值、知识提供者的负面影响5个维度构建知识传递博弈矩阵的分析,引入了信誉度函数和知识共享契约,研究了组织间的知识共享激励。结果表明:⑴参与双方较高的信誉度能够促进知识共享;⑵知识的杠杆价值不影响参与人的知识转移决策;⑶在一次知识传递的博弈过程中,如果知识的协同价值较大、垄断价值较低,且知识传递的负面影响较低,则更容易激励参与人知识共享;⑷契约在一定程度上可以降低参与人对对方信誉度的要求进行知识共享;⑸给定参与人的信誉度、知识的垄断价值、知识传递的负面影响和知识的协同价值,得到补偿性违约金的临界值。According to the analysis on game matrix of knowledge transfer under co-opitition based on five dimensions of knowledge-basic value of the knowledge,value-added monopolistic knowledge,synergetic value,leveragability of knowledge and negative reverse-impact on the sender,the incentive of inter-organizational knowledge sharing under co-opetition is studied through introducing player's credibility and contract of knowledge sharing.The results show that high credibility can improve knowledge sharing between players.The leveragability of knowledge has no influence on player's attitude toward knowledge transfer.The higher the synergetic value of knowledge,the lower the value-added of monopolistic,and the lower the negative reverse-impact during a game,the easer the knowledge transferring.Under a contract of knowledge sharing,a lower credibility can also promote knowledge transfer.Given players'credibility,value-added monopolistic knowledge,synergetic value and negative reverse-impact,the critical point of penal sum can be obtained.
