摘　　要：举世瞩目的北京2008年第29届奥运会即将到来．这届奥运盛会的口号是”同一个世界同一个梦想”（One world One dream）．在“绿色奥运、科技奥运．人文奥运”三大理念的指引下．北京市的相关部门将共同努力．来见证这一伟大的历史时刻。其中．食品安全是极其重要的一项工作内容．各方面也为此做出了辛劳的努力．这主要是通过政府部门和餐饮企业的共同协作．以及大家的共同支持和配合．从而借助2008年奥运会的契机．把北京市的食品安全工作提高到一个新的水平。The Beijing 2008 Olympic Games is around the corner, under the guidance of the concept of ＂Green Olympics, High-Tech Olympics, and People＇s Olympics.＂, Beijing＇s relevant departments will make the common efforts to witness this historic event. Food safety work among all the relevant work is an extremely important one. The food safety level of Beijing is, by virtue of the opportunity of the Games, expected to be enhanced greatly through the common efforts by the government and all the catering enterprises.
