科技教育与云南经济社会的发展

摘　　要：为了促进云南经济社会又好又快发展,必须正视云南科技教育发展滞后的问题,充分认识科技教育是云南在21世纪应对知识经济挑战的重要战略资源,是云南经济保持持续高速增长尽早实现现代化的主要动力,是云南走新型工业化道路的途径。云南经济社会要快速发展,教育必须优先发展,"科教兴滇"战略要落在实处。With an view to promoting Yunnan＇s economic and social development in a fast and sound way, it＇s imperative for us to properly deal with the issue of the backward education in Yunnan province, we should realize science education is not only an important strategic resource when faced with the challenge of knowledge based economy in the 21st century, but also the main force that drives the fast-paced economic growth to achieve the modernization of Yunnan and an effective way to put Yunnan on the track of new-type industrialization. Therefore, top priority should be given to the development of education and the strategy of prospering Yunnan through developing education should be fully implemented in order to promote the fast economic and social development.
