摘　　要：阐述了对来自芬兰护生的临床教学情况。分析认为应针对外籍护生的专业文化背景特点,加强相互理解,设计实习内容,选择德才兼备的带教老师,从而为中外护生临床护理实践建立一个交流平台。To elaborated the clinical teaching situation of nursing students from Finland. In order to To pay attention to the cultural back- grounds of foreign students, strengthen mutual understanding, design attachment content and choose both ability and political integrity of teaching nurses are key point to establish a clinical practice exchange platform for foreign students and Chinese students.
