摘　　要：本文论述了科研对教学和教师的重要性,教师要以教学为基础,以科研求发展,正确处理好教学和科研的关系,科研与教学互动,全面提高课堂教学效率。并结合案例说明了科研如何促进教学。The paper elaborated on the importance of research to teaching and teacher. Teacher basing on teaching and developing through research. Dealing with the relationship between teaching and research, making them interact for greater teaching efficiency and interpreting it combining with practical cases.
