摘　　要：《四库全书总目》作为乾隆时期一部大型的官修目录,收书万余种。《尔雅》是一部在历史上有一定地位和影响的原典,自汉代开始就有不少人为之作注。但《总目》对《尔雅》在历史上的研究情况,并未能做到辨其学术、考其源流,而从类目调整来看,它却是我们研究学科发展演变轨迹最好的助手。《总目》对《尔雅》研究中一些争论的焦点问题提出了自己的见解,这些见解不仅精当且有一定的启发意义,值得今人探求。Si Ku Quan Shu Zong Mu, a well-known bibliography complied during the Qianlong period, failed to record the research history of Er Ya, which was a Chinese encyclopedia pioneer, because only three annotations of Er Ya was put down in Si Ku Quan Shu Zong Mu, in spite of more than 30 annotations from Han Dynasty to Qing Dynasty. However, Si Ku Quan Shu Zong Mu optimized the categories of Xiaoxue, and reflected the knowledge development of Chinese traditional linguistics. In addition, it brought forward some exact and enlightened opinions on several controversial problems about Er Ya. So it＇ s still a valuable bibliography.
