摘  要:[目的]探讨特区医院特需病房护理人力资源配置的最佳比例。[方法]采用观察法用秒表计时,测量深圳市3所三级甲等医院特需病房护理工作量。[结果]特需病房直接护理项目平均时间226.93min,日有效护理工时422.19min,床位与护理人员配置比例为1:0.48。[结论]通过公式计算出特需病区床位与护理人员配置比例为1:0.64比较合适。Objective: To probe into the optimal proportion of nursing human resource allocation in special demand ward in hospitals. Methods: Work loads of nurses in special demand wards in three hospitals were measured by adopting secondscounter for timing observation. Results: The average time of direct nursing item of nurses in special demand was 226.93 rain. Daily effective nursing time of nurses in special demand was 422.19. And the allocation proportion between beds and nursing staffs was 1 : 0.48. Conclusion: The allocation proportion 1 : 0.64 between bed and nursing staffs is more suitable in demand wards.
