摘  要:应用限定指标的分级筛选法和果实含油率与功能因子α-亚麻酸相对质量分数乘积值对所采集的89份接骨木样本进行了优良类型的筛选。结果得到果实产量、果实含油率、α-亚麻酸相对质量分数分别高出当年平均水平5%、15%、20%的三高型优良单株2个,果实含油率、α-亚麻酸相对质量分数之积高出当年平均水平50%的高功型优良单株1个。An experiment was conducted to select superior individuals of Sambucus williamsii from 89 samples in accordance with the product value of oil content and α-linolenic acid content in fruit by means of stepwise selection of restrictive index. Two superior individuals were obtained, whose fruit yield, oil content and α-linolenie acid content in fruit were 5% , 15% and 20% higher than the corresponding mean values respectively, and one superior individual with product value 50% higher than the mean value was also screened out.
