摘  要:徐特立在关于教师工作的崇高性方面,提出了一系列深刻的见解:教师工作是培养人才的光荣重要的岗位,教员享有人民教师的政治社会地位;中小学教师是掌握人类的基础教育者,是人的全面发展素质的启蒙者;教师在社会发展和国家建设中占有重要地位;“教师是有知识的文化干部”,应享有公务员的待遇;中小学教师要评定专业技术职称,中小学特级教师可享有大学教授、副教授的待遇,等等。XU Te-li put forward a series of insights in the noble work of the teachers. Teachers' work is the glorious and important post of training talents. Teachers should enjoy the political and social status of people's teachers; primary and secondary school teachers are engaged in basic education, and are the enlightenment of comprehensive development quality. Teachers occupy an important position in social development and nation-building. "Teachers are the cadres with knowledge ". They should enjoy the same treatment as that of the civil servants. Primary and secondary school teachers should be assessed with professional and technical titles, and primary and secondary schools teachers of special grade can enjoy the same treatment as that of university professors, associate professor and so on.
