摘　　要：随着高校规模的扩大及学生自身出现的新情况,高校学生干部的角色扮演也应发生相应变化。新形势下高校学生干部的角色内涵应包括勤奋学习刻苦钻研的好学者、校园文化活动的设计者和有力组织者、广大学生的忠实服务者、学生心声的代言者和广大学生的生活导航者;为履行好自身角色使命,学生干部应当具备学习意识、和谐意识、创新意识和仁爱意识等。With the expansion of the colleges and universities and the new condition of college students themselves, roles of student leaders in colleges and universities are also experiencing corresponding changes. These leaders under the new situation should include the industrious students, campus activity designers and efficient organizers, constant service providers for the vast majority of the students, speakers and instructors of all students. In order to fulfill their mission, the student leaders should have the awareness of study, harmony, innovation and humanity.
