摘  要:本文提出一个中小服务型企业开展质量管理自我检测的指标体系和检测项目。该自检模式建立在我国全国质量奖、美欧日三大质量奖项的基础上,结合我国中小企业发展现状,特别针对服务型企业而设计,经过我们的问卷和访谈调查,以及经过长三角一带部分企业的具体应用,统计显示该模式具有较好的应用性和指导性。这套体系既能够与企业预期申请全国质量奖相匹配,又比较恰当地适应了我国中小服务型企业发展的实际现状。This article proposed a self-assessment framework of quality management for small and medium sized service enterprise (SMSEs) . This self-checking pattern establishes on the foundation of the Japanese, and the three big quality award item such as Chinese,American, European. The objects are to develop a quality management excellence assessment framework suitable for the development present situation of our country SmSEs, and use it to examine the status of quality level . Through our questionnaire and the interview investigation, as well as after the partial enterprise's concrete application, the statistics demonstrated this pattern has the good utility and the guidance. The proposed assessment framework includes seven parts: ( 1 ) leadership and vision; (2)innovation and strategy management; (3) customer and market development ; (4) human resource and knowledge management ; (5) information strategy applications and management; (6)process management; (7)business performance.
