摘　　要：通过对淋洗液和流速的选择，回收率和重现性的测定，找到了一种测定一元有机酸的快速，实用的离子色谱分析方法，并用这种方法测定了饮料如白酒、啤酒和萄萄酒中的有机酸，获得了满意的结果。A new rapid method of determination of organic acid in beverages is developed by adopting nonsuppressed ion chromatography. By using weak acid of low electrical conductance as effluent, all kinds of beverages are determined. The sensitivity is PPb level . The relative standard derivation is less then 5% .The recovery is 86～101%. This method can be used to quantitatively determine organic acid in beverages.
