摘　　要：通过阐述项目绩效指标设计的原则与要求,运用平衡计分卡法设计基于战略的项目绩效指标(KPI)体系,并结合项目绩效指标的内容,阐述项目绩效指标体系的基本特征,以达到改善项目绩效、提高项目质量和工作效率的目的。This paper discussed the principles and demands of the design of project performance indications. By us ing balanced score card, project key performance indication （KPI） system based on strategy was designed. Combining the content of project performance indications, basic features of the project KPI system were elaborated in order to achieve the goal of improving project performance, project quality and the efficiency.
