摘 要:在综述白腐真菌技术的生物学特性和降解特性以及固定化细胞技术的概念、分类和优点的基础上,重点探讨了固定化白腐真菌技术在产酶、处理污染物、抑制杂菌、提高系统的抗毒能力和稳定性等方面的优势,并对影响该技术的载体物理结构和性质特征、固定化时间、固定化方法等控制因素进行了探讨.该技术仍处于试验阶段,要达到工业应用的水平还需要解决高效载体、高效解吸剂、高效工程菌、系统调控参数及固定化反应器等问题.Based on the biologic characteristics and degradation characterstics of the white rot fungus technology and the conception, classification and advantages of the immobilized cell technology, this article focuses on the advantages of the immobilized white rot fungus technology used in production of enzymes, treatment of contaminant, restraint on bacteria growth, enhancement of the ability of resisting toxicant and stability of the system. This article also discusses the controlling factors of impact on this technology, including physical structure and characteristic of carrier, immobilization time and immobilization methods. This technology is still in a stage of experiment, and issues with high efficient carrier, high efficient eluent, high efficient engineering fungus, adjustment parameters of system as well as immobilization reaction need to be resolved before this technology can be used commercially.
