摘  要:对电力机车碳滑板材料进行了研究。制备了浸铜碳滑板试样,并通过试验研究了浸金属碳滑板和纯碳滑板的机械摩擦性能与电弧烧蚀性能。得出纯碳滑板的摩擦系数和磨损量均低于浸金属滑板的,浸铜合金滑板材料的摩擦性能优于浸铜滑板;纯碳滑板的电弧烧蚀速率低于浸金属滑板,浸铜合金滑板的电弧烧蚀速率高于浸铜滑板,浸水后试样在相同条件下发生电弧击穿的几率更大。通过XRD分析,得出导致国产纯碳滑板和进口纯碳滑板使用寿命相差很大的主要原因为石墨化程度的差异。Materials for carbon sliding panel of electric locomotive bow collector were researched. The samples of carbon sliding panel infiltrated with copper were prepared, and the friction test and arc erosion test were carried out. The experiment results show that the frictional coefficient and wear loss of carbon panel are lower than those infiltrated with metal; the frictional properties of the panels infiltrated with copper alloy are better than those infiltrated with copper; the arc eroding rate of carbon panels is lower than those infiltrated with metal;the arc eroding rate of carbon panels infiltrated with copper alloy is higher than those infiltrated with copper;and at the same conditions, the arc breakdown probability ot samples soaked with water is higher than those without water. Through XRD analyzing, the main reason that the life ot home-made carbon panels is much lower than that of the imported carbon panel becouse of the low degree of graphitiza- tion compared with the imported one.
