摘　　要：围绕为城市轨道交通车站安全应急管理决策提供技术支持的核心目标,设计和研发面向车站管理人员的城市轨道交通车站客流安全检测系统;深入研究建设和实现系统的相关集成技术及关键保障技术,有效实现客流安全问题的实时自动发现、人工确认,以及应急预案启动、预案实施效果实时跟踪及过程控制,以保障城市轨道交通车站安全事件处理的实时高效性,提高城市轨道交通车站安全管理水平。Focusing on the critical techniques of urban mass transit station safety management, this paper designs and exploits the rail transit station security detection and emergency response system, and carries out a research on the related integration and support technologies, which will realize the discrimination of passenger flow security automatically, the artificial confirmation, the real time tracking and process control of implement,as well as the effect of emergency management, ensure rail transit station security effectively, and improve safe control level of rail transit station.
