摘　　要：进入21世纪,我国研究生规模进入了跨越式发展阶段,如何适应新的形势,培养高素质的具有创新能力的研究生,是一个全新的课题。必须更新研究生教育观念,树立以人为本的教育观,树立创新教育观,树立多样化的教育质量观,树立国际化的教育观;更新研究生的教学内容,创新研究生教育管理体系,构建新型的研究生培养机制,全面提高研究生培养质量。In the 21st century, china has entered a post-graduate scale leapfrog development stage, how to adapt to the new situation, cultivation of high-quality and innovative ability of graduate students, is a brand new topic. Graduate education must be update concepts to establish the concept of people-centered education, innovation education, diversification of the quality of education and inter＇national education; update the graduate＇s teaching content, innovation to graduate education management system, construction of new postgraduate training mechanism, and comprehensively improve the quality of postgraduate training.
