摘 要:目的探讨甘肃省食物中毒发生的趋势,为政府有效预防和控制食物中毒提供科学依据。方法对甘肃省2001~2005年食物中毒发生起数、人数、死亡人数、病死率、发病率等指标进行描述性分析。结果甘肃省共发生食物中毒122起,中毒人数2891人,发病率2.22/10万,其中死亡33人,病死率1.14%。从2003年始,食物中毒发生起数、人数、死亡人数、发病率呈下降趋势,而病死率增长速度无明显改变。而2001~2005年食物中毒平均发病率、病死率仍明显高于全国同期平均水平。结论加强食物中毒知识宣传教育和培训,加大卫生行政执法力度,建立农村食物中毒急救常识宣教体系、农村医疗应急救助体系和食物中毒上报监督体系是预防控制食物中毒和降低发病率、死亡率的有效措施。Objective To explore the trend of food poisoning in Gansu Province and to provide scientific basis for effective control and prevention of food poisoning.Methods The number of cases,sufferers and deaths,the incidence rate and the fatality rate of food poisoning were analysed.Results There were 122 food poisoning cases,2 891 sufferers and 33 deaths during 5 years.The incidence rate was 2.22/100 000 and the fatality rate was 1.14%.From 2003,the number of cases,sufferers and daths and the incidence rate of food poisoning all depicted downward trends.The speed of increase of the fatality rate of food poisoning was of no significant change from 2001 to 2005.The average incidence rate and fatality rate of food poisoning both were significantly higher than the national average levels in the same period.Conclusion The effective methods should be taken to control and reduce incidence and fatality rate of food poisoning.
