摘 要:内平动齿轮减速器是一种新型的传动装置,具有体积小、重量轻、传动比大、效率高、传动平稳等优点,应用范围广泛,但该减速器在加工、装配和工作中易产生各种干涉。为了检验齿廓间的干涉,利用Pro/E软件建立了该减速器的虚拟样机模型,并对其进行了运动仿真。建模过程中,考虑了与其啮合的齿轮参数及加工方式影响。结果表明,利用虚拟样机技术,可以直观地检验少齿差齿轮传动机构中易出现的各种干涉,代替试验室测试,有效提高了设计效率和产品质量。Internal parallel moving gear reducer is a new type of transmission device, it has a lot of merits, such as small volume, light in weight, large - scale transmission ratio, high effciency, smooth transmission, and so on, so it can be widely applied in many fields. However, there are a lot of interferences in the process of machining, assembling and operation. To de- tect the interferences between tooth profiles in the system, the virtual prototype model of this device was built with Pm/E soft- ware. Then kinematics simulation is made. In the process of building a gear model, the parameters of the gear are engaged by it and the influence of processing methods are considered. The results show that the interferences in the small tooth difference gear train can be directly detected using virtual prototype technology, and the kinematics simulation can replace laboratory tests and enhance design efficiency and product quality.
