对492例口腔修复患者基本知识需求的调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解口腔修复患者对口腔修复知识的需求情况。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对492例口腔修复患者关于口腔修复基本知识的需求进行调查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果患者对口腔修复基本知识的需求很迫切,其中修复效果是患者最为关注的问题。不同年龄的人对口腔修复知识的需求在多数项中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对门诊患者关于修复基本知识的需求量很大的情况,在临床工作中,医护人员应该最大程度地满足患者的需求,以达到人性化服务的目的。Objectivet To obtain the situation of the patient＇s need for health education in mouth rehabilitation. Methods Questionnaire was designed for investigation on patient＇s basic need for mouth rehabilitation and the results were analyzed. Results The patients were in an urgent need for health education, in which the rehabilitative effect was their most concern. Furthermore, people of different ages had an apparent difference in their needs for oral health education. Conclusion Aiming at the of patient＇s needs for rehabilitative knowledge, clinician should be active in making good communication with patients to reach the best rehabilitative effect.
