摘　　要：在分析传统应用集成技术存在不足的基础上,提出了一种基于Web Services、利用Struts建模的高校科研管理系统的设计模式,并进行了系统的内部功能设计和接口设计。指出了Web Services的进一步的研究方向。On the basis of analyzing the insufficience of traditional integrated technology , the article brings forward a kind of the design pattern of the research management system used in colleges and universities, which uses the Struts framework, and is based on Web Service, then , carries out the systematic inside design and interface design. Finally, this article points out a further step of Web Service.
