摘  要:目的研究山葡萄多酚(PVAR)对酒精所致大鼠睾丸氧化损伤的保护作用。方法雄性SD大鼠酒精灌胃前给予PVAR,于实验90d检测大鼠睾丸组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-ix)的活性、活性氧(ROS)及丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果与酒精组比较,200,400mg/ks PVAR组大鼠睾丸组织ROS,MDA水平明显降低(P〈0.01),而SOD,GSH-Px活性显著升高(P〈0.05)。结论长期慢性酒精摄入引起大鼠睾丸氧化损伤,PVAR可作为一种预防性的抗氧化剂减轻这种氧化损伤,其机制与清除自由基、抑制脂质过氧化反应有关。Objective To study protective effects of the polyphenols of Vitis amurensis Rupr (PVAR) against ethanol-induced oxidative injury in rat testes. Methods The rats were pretreated with PVAR before deal ethanol. Ninety days later, the rats were killed in order to measure the activities of Superoxide Dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px) and the contents of Reactive Oxygen Species(ROS) and Malon-dialdehyde (MDA) in rat spermary. Results Compared with ethanol group, the contents of ROS and MDA significantly decreased and that the activities of GSH-px and SOD increased in PVAR(400 mg/kg) group testes(P 〈0.05). Condusion PVAR as a preventive antioxidant can protect against ethanol-induced injury in rat testes, which may be associated with free radicals elimination, lipid per-oxidation reaction inhibition.
