摘 要:结合药物化学教学实践,对国内研究型大学药学专业本科生教学的管理模式、教学内容、教学方法及实验教学进行了初步改革探讨,在教学管理模式上从课题组负责制向课程建设组负责制转变;在教学内容上从重点讲授药物学各论的应用型内容向重点讲授药物设计与研发的研究型内容转变;教学方式上从单一的汉语教学向多媒体、英汉结合的双语教学转变;实验教学从单一的验证性合成实验向综合性的研究型实验转变的一些做法。为研究型大学的药学专业本科生教学改革提供一条可以借鉴的思路。Based on our teaching experience in undergraduates medicinal chemistry, this paper discussed the innovation of course management, course content, teaching method and complementary student experiments for undergraduate medicinal chemistry in a research-oriented university. We took several important steps towards the targeted teaching innovation. As for the course management, the teaching team was organized on the basis of a teaching faculty group with members from different research groups instead of having a single research group take full responsibility for the course; as for the teaching content, the focus was shifted from general introduction of a list of drugs and their properties in clinical application to research-oriented modem medicinal chemistry research methodologies and drug design; as for teaching method, bilingual lectures and multimedia-assisted teaching were implemented; as for complementary student experiments, innovation-inspiring and research-oriented experiments replaced old-fashioned repeat and verification of established organic successful modernization and internationalization of ted universities. syntheses. These initiatives may help to pave the way toward the undergraduate medicinal chemistry education in research-oriented universities.
