摘　　要：L-鸟氨酸是一种游离的多功能氨基酸,应用前景十分广阔。综述了L-鸟氨酸的制备方法、生理功能和在医疗保健及化工等领域的开发应用,并对未来L-鸟氨酸的研究方向提出了建议。L- Omithine is a kind of non-protein amino acids with various functions and widely application in many areas. The development of L- ornithine in preparation, physiological functions and application in medical treatment, health care and chemical industry was reviewed. The prospective of the research di- rection and application of L- ornithine was given.
