摘　　要：技术创新,特别是技术自主创新对经济发展具有巨大的推动作用。但在一些民族地区的民族文化及民间资源的开发中,技术创新尚未得到应有的关注和重视。其原因是多方面的,主要有观念相对滞后、聚族而居的村庄型生活方式及传统的自然经济模式、缺乏良好的投资环境等。这些阻碍民族地区民族文化和民间资源开发的技术创新的因素,应引起政府决策部门和研究者等的重视。Technological innovation, especially, self - innovation of technology, has great promoting effect on economic development, however, in the exploitation of nationality culture and civil resources in some minority nationality areas, technological innovation has not been emphasized enough. There are many reasons for this, such as relatively backward ideas, village - style living mode by nationality cluster and traditionally natural economic mode, insufficient good enterprise culture and investment environment and so on. These factors which restrict technological innovation of nationality culture and civil resources exploitation in minority nationality areas should be concerned by governmental economic decision departments and scholars.
