摘 要:目的了解手术室护士的工作疲劳和工作倦怠状况,探讨有效的防范措施,为手术室人力资源管理提供科学的参考依据。方法使用一般情况调查表、疲劳量表和工作倦怠量表(MBI)对广东医学院2所附属医院手术室81名护士进行调查。结果手术室护士躯体疲劳和脑力疲劳均处于中等水平,但躯体疲劳所占的比重较大;手术室护士工作倦怠主要表现在个人成就感维度上,情感枯竭和去人格化维度上倦怠程度较轻。结论手术室护士工作倦怠程度中等,其工作倦怠与职业应激相关,管理者应侧重在护士个体、工作性质和管理机构3方面采取相应的防范对策。Objective To explore the tiredness of nurses in the operation room and the coping strategy.Methods A questionnaire on general information,a Fatigue Scale-14 and MBI were used in the investigation to 81 nurses from the operation rooms of the 2 affiliated hospitals of Guangdong Medical College.Results The physical and mental fatigue was at a medium level,with physical fatigue more severe than the mental one.Their work tiredness manifested more in individual achievements,less in exhausted emotion and de-personalization.Conclusion The medium-level tiredness of nurses from the operation rooms is related to occupational stress.The administrators should take strategies in the three aspects of individualization,work category and administrating organizations.
