摘  要:我国是典型的二元经济结构,城乡反差强烈,全面建设小康社会最艰巨、最繁重的任务在农村,尤其是在西部民族地区的农村。利用远程教育,加快农村人力资源开发,是西部民族地区建设社会主义新农村、推进小康进程的重要环节。本文结合贵州实际,对远程教育在农村人力资源开发中的重要性、可行性进行分析,并提出发展农村远程教育的相关建议。In China's typical dual economic structure, there is a big gap between urban and rural areas. The most difficult task of building a well-off society in an all-around way lies in rural areas, especially in rural areas of the West. Using distance education to accelerate the speed of developing human resources in rural areas is an important step in building socialist new countryside and promoting building a well-off society in the western ethnic regions. In this paper, the writer, based on the reality of Guizhou province, analyzes the importance and feasibility of distance education in developing rural human resources and puts forward suggestions about developing distance education in rural areas.
