摘　　要：ASP模式网络化制造平台为广大中小制造企业提供多种应用系统的在线服务。为满足企业通过ASP平台组建动态联盟的要求,降低合作伙伴选择过程的复杂性,在面向机械行业ASP网络化制造平台的基础上,提出了基于ASP模式的动态联盟组建系统,设计了不同类型的评价指标库,并集成了多种优化算法。企业盟主可以根据不同的需求自由选择相应模块组建不同类型的动态联盟,避免以往单一优化选择方法所带来的偏颇性。同时,还设计了备选合作伙伴子系统,保证了联盟企业在个别企业退出的情况下迅速找到替补伙伴。给出的实例证明了该系统的有效性和快速性。More and more small and medium -sized enterprises （SMEs） enjoy on -line services from networked manufacturing platform based on ASP. To meet with the desire of different kinds of enterprises building dynamic alliance through the ASP platform and reduce the complexity of the process of partner selecting, a system for building dynamic alliance based on ASP platform was developed on the foundation of the former networked manufacturing platform faced to mechanical engineering. In this system kinds of evaluation indexes and different algorithm architectures were designed for decision makers, which avoided the prejudice of the single strategy. And the alternate partner selection subsystem was introduced to assure quickly choosing partner to replace the quitting partner. Finally, An example was given which proved the validity and rapidness of the system.
