摘  要:采用电容法测量了气缸套在全寿命周期内的磨损量,分析了其磨损特征,得到了气缸套磨损随使用时间的发展趋势,指出在主推力面上、下止点附近的磨损量代表了气缸套的磨损程度,该区域的磨损量超过限定值会造成气缸套漏气失效,因此,可以将该区域的磨损量作为气缸套使用寿命评估的依据。根据气缸套磨损分析结果建立了人工神经网络模型,评估其使用时间,并预测其使用寿命。检测结果表明,采用BP网络模型进行气缸套的磨损状态评估与寿命预测是有效的,检测结果与实际值相近。The wear of cylinder liner within life cycle was measured with capacitance method, the wear characteristic was analyzed, and the wearing trend with working time was finally acquired. The wearing capacity near the top dead centre and the bottom dead centre of main thrust surface was considered to stand for the wearing degree of cylinder liner, the cylinder liner would be failure if the wearing capacity in the area was beyond the limit, and so the wearing capacity of the area was considered to be the reference of evaluating cylinder liner life. The artificial neural network was set up by analyzing the cylinder liner wear, and the life of cylinder liner was evaluated and predicted by the network. The examining result shows that the BP network is feasible for evaluating the wear state and predicting the life of cylinder liner. It is found for further that the examining result is near to the actual value.
