摘　　要：网络技术为现代远程教育的发展注入了新的血液,面对虚拟和匿名,现代远程教育的价值去向和伦理道德问题成了学者关注的主要话题。现代远程教育的伦理道德要求应该是以"为己利他"为根本,"为己利他"是恒久的"善"的伦理道德目的。公民信息素养的提高对现代远程教育的发展和完善起着重要作用。Intemet technology increased new member in the modem distance education. Facing virtual and anonymous, the value and ethics of the modem distance education have been come an important topic by the scholars. The ethical of The modem distance education requirements should be based on ＂to own altntism＂ as a fundamental, and the ＂to own altruism＂ is lasting ＂good＂ ethical purpose. Improving the Citizen＇ s information literacy is an important action for development and perfection of modem distance.
