摘 要:通过在进气道预喷正庚烷,在上止点前缸内直喷柴油压燃,试验研究了不同预混合比例和不同负荷下的正庚烷/柴油双燃料复合HCCI燃烧和排放特性.结果表明:复合HCCI的热效率和原机柴油直喷压燃模式相当,并且可以在全负荷范围内有效降低原机的NOx排放,在大负荷时采用较小的预混合率还可以同时降低碳烟排放;与常规HCCI相比,显著降低了HC排放,同时在中低负荷对降低CO排放也有明显效果.This paper investigated the compound HCCI combustion, which applies the port n-heptane injection and in-cylinder diesel direct injection simultaneously. Experiments were carried out to study the combustion and emissions characteristics of compound HCCI with different premixed ratio and loads. The test results indicate that the dual-fuel compound HCCI technology has a corresponding thermal efficiency with prototype diesel engine and can reduce the NOx emission effectively as well as the soot under heavy loads when adopting a relatively small premixed ratio. Compared with conventional HCCI, the HC emission of compound HCCI is decreased dramatically. The dual-fuel compound HCCI can also diminish the CO emission which originates from the HCCI phase under low-to-medium loads.
