摘　　要：美国是当今世界上高等教育最发达的国家之一，相对于其他国家和地区，我国学者对其高教领域有关学生教育的关注和研究颇多。通过对1994～2006年CNKI收录的相关论文进行梳理和分析，主要分三个阶段对美国高校“学生思想政治教育”或“学生道德教育”的理论和实践研究成果进行了综述。America is one of the most developed nations in the world in terms of higher education. As for its students＇ education, a lot of research has been done in China. Through the analysis of relevant articles collected from CNKI （ 1994 - 2006）, this paper mainly summarizes the three stages＇ achievements made in the theoretical and practical research in students＇ ideological and political education/moral education in U. S. A. Universities.
