摘  要:采用蒸馏萃取、顶空分离前处理方法及气相色谱-质谱联用分析技术,探索中微肥对白肋烟挥发性致香物及吸味品质的影响。结果表明,叶面施用中微肥与对照(未施用)的致香物成分含量有明显差异;检测出的56种致香物成分中,共有成分39种,异有成分17种。镁(Mg)、硼(B)处理比对照多11种成分,总成分56种,钼(Mo)处理比对照多10种,总成分55种,锌(Zn)处理比对照多5种,总成分50种;各处理检出挥发性致香物的总量比对照多13.36%~29.73%,大小顺序Mg(29.73%)〉Mo(28.69%)〉B(26.37%)〉Zn(13.36%)。综合各处烟叶的致香物成分含量、常规化学成分及评吸结果,在当地土壤养分及施肥状态下,施用Mg肥效果最好,其次是施用Mo,B肥,施用Zn肥与对照差异不明显。The influence of medium and micro fertilizer on the aroma substance and smoking quality was studied by using of the distillation, top-vacuum extraction method and GS-MS analysis technique. The results showed that medium and micro elements had an obvious effect on the content of aroma substances. Fifty -six aroma substances were detected in the tobacco leaf, 39 of them were in the control and the treated leaves. Magnesium (Mg) and boron (B) made the leaves produce 11 more aroma substances than the control and totally had 56 aroma substances. Molybdenum (Mo) made 10 more aroma substances (total 55) and zinc (Zn) was 5 more aroma substances (total 50) than the control. Consequently, there were 13.36% -29. 73% more aroma substances detected in the tobacco leaves with medium and micro fertilizer treatments than the control and the sequence was Mg (29. 73% ) 〉 Mo (28.69%) 〉 B (26. 37% ) 〉 Zn ( 13.36% ). According to the results of aroma substances, general chemical components and smoking quality in the every experimental site, Mg fertilizer was the most effective on the smoking quality, followed by Mo and B fertilizer, under the local soil and fertilizer conditions. However, there was no significant difference between Zn fertilizer and the control.
