摘 要:[目的]观察纸片法对液体饮品大肠菌群的检测效果,评价其在实际检测工作中的应用价值。[方法]以国标试管发酵法为对照,对各种液体饮品检样进行大肠菌群平行检测,比较两法反应结果。[结果]纸片法检测液体饮品中大肠菌群与试管发酵法结果符合率为94.44%,其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]纸片法作为简便易行的新方法可用于检测液体饮品中大肠菌群。[Objective]To observe the examination effect on the detection of colt group in liquid beverage with paper slip method, evaluate the practical value in the examination work. [Methods]In comparison with international tube fermentation method.coli group in liquid beverage was tested, the results of two methods were compared. [Results]The coincidence of the two method ( paper slip method and tube fermentation method)which were used to test colt group in liquid beverage was 94. 44%. There was no difference( P 〉0.05). [Conclusion]As a new simple and practical method,paper slip method can be used to test coli group in liquid beverage.
