摘　　要：学院(校)精神作为高职院校文化的精髓和核心所在,是对学院(校)的生存发展起决定作用的思想导向,对构建和谐校园起着精神支点的作用。由我国高职教育发展的特点决定了学院(校)精神必然体现艰苦奋斗、勇于开拓、爱岗敬业、无私奉献的共同精神。Being the essence of school culture, school spirit gives guidance to the development of a vocational college and provides spiritual support in the building of a harmonious campus. The characteristics of our vocational education determine that our school spirit should reflect the qualities of hard work, creativity, devotion to one＇s duty, and selfless contribution.
