摘　　要：高职院校学生公寓是学生生活、学习、交流的重要场所。针对近年来高职院校学生公寓管理中暴露出的问题和矛盾,应积极构建以法治化和人文关怀为内涵的新型学生公寓管理模式,并探索切实可行的建构路径,以维护学生的合法权益。Students＇ dormitory of vocational colleges is important places for students to live, study and communicate. In terms of the problems appeared in the management of students＇ dormitory of vocational colleges, it is necessary to set up new management model which includes rules based on law and humanistic care and explore a practical method to protect students＇ rights.
