摘　　要：成人教育自身的特点与学习型社会有着内在的联系,构建学习型社会的一个重要对策就是要加快发展成人教育,构建适应社会需求的终身教育体系。Well - developed adult education is an important feature of a learning - oriented society. As an important countermeasure of constructing learning - oriented society, it was necessary to develop adult education and establish llfe - long educational system. On the analysis of some basic features of learning - oriented society and adult education, this paper points out that only adult education adapting to learning -oriented society could it define its function reasonably and realize its training goal and pattern innovation and develop its connotation course.
