摘　　要：中医临床教育是十分关键的教育环节,随着大学的扩招,导致教学资源短缺,不少患者不愿成为示教的对象,后期临床教学不少学生备战考研,不少学生忙于应聘,教师带教缺乏热情,医院缺乏严格的管理制度等因素严重影响了临床教学质量;提高对临床实习重要性的认识,加强临床思维能力的训练,改革研究生考试制度,改革课程设置,完善管理制度,加大经费投入,是提高临床教学质量的根本举措。Education of clinical medicine is a key part of talent training. Enrollment expansion leads to shortage of teaching resources. Not a few patients are unwilling to become subjects for teaching illustration. Many students are busy with preparation of graduate entrance examination during clinical teaching in later stage. Teachers are short of enthusiasm. Hospitals are short of strict administration system. All these together can produce negative effect in clinical teaching. To increase clinical teaching quality, we should improve its importance awareness, train student clinical thinking, reform graduate entrance examination system, reform curriculum setup, perfect management system, and increase investment.
