摘  要:目的:用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法对云南产枇杷叶挥发油化学成分进行分析。方法:采用同时蒸馏萃取法从枇杷叶中提取挥发油,研究其分离分析的条件,对分离物质用GC-MS鉴定,归一法确定其相对百分含量。结果:鉴定了77个成分,占总离子流图峰面积的73.15%,其中主要成分为:十六酸(13.79%)、亚麻醇(5.45%)、(E)-橙花叔醇(10.95%)、(+)-香芹酮(2.56%)、2-己酰呋喃(2.23%)、榄香素(2.4%)、二氢猕猴桃内酯(2.37%)、醋酸法呢基酯(3.09%)、金合欢醇(1.82%)、α-红没药醇(1.93%)。结论:此方法稳定可靠,重复性好,可为进一步开发利用枇杷叶资源作参考。OBJECTIVE Essential oil in the leaves of Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb.) Lindl were analyzed by GC-MS. METHODS The essential oil was extracted by simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction (SEE)), the components were determined by (C-MS and the relatives mass fractions were acquired by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. RESULTS 77 compounds were identified and determined, amounting to 73. 15% of the total area of the peaks. The principal constituents and contents in the volatiles were n-Hexadecanoic acid ( 13.79 % ), 9, 12,15-Octadecatrien- 1-ol, (Z, Z, Z)- ( 5.45% ), ( E)-nerolidol ( 10. 95 % ), ( + )-Carvone(2.56% ), 2-Hexanoylfuran ( 2.23 % ), Elemicin ( 2. 4 % ), Dihydroactinidiolide ( 2. 37% ), Farnesyl acetate(3.09%),Farnesol(1.82%) ,alpha.-Bisabolol( 1.93% )etc. CONCLUSION It is a good method for the Analysis of Essential Oil in leaves of Eriobotrya japonica (Thunb.)Lindl, and it can be used as reference in the further researches.
