摘 要:设计了一种新的基于动力伺服的电磁耦合强混合动力公交车方案,可使发动机一直运行在最佳经济运行线上而不受轮边负荷约束,从而达到节油目的.此系统采用双电机取代了传统的机械离合器和手动变速箱,可同时起到电磁离合器和无级变速箱的作用.在分析系统结构、工作原理和确定整车控制策略的基础上,以目标车辆满足整车动力性指标和典型循环工况为前提,对发动机、双电机、蓄电池参数的设计依据和匹配进行了研究,并利用整车后向仿真模型验证了此方案,结果表明:0-60 km/h加速时间比传统目标车辆减少了16.5%;基于上海Xumin循环工况的燃油经济性提高了39.6%.Based on the knowledge of dynamic servo, a novel research project of electromagnetic coupling hybrid electric bus is proposed to keep the internal combustion engine running at an optimal operation line independent of wheel load. The mechanical clutch and manual transmission fixed in the conventional bus are replaced by double motors to execute the functions of electromagnetic clutch and continuously variable transmission simultaneously. By analyzing the operating principle and determining the control algorithm, the parameter design and match of engine, double motors and power battery are investigated to meet the vehicle dynamic performance and typical driving-cycles for the aim bus. The simulation results from the vehicle backward simulation model indicate that the acceleration period from 0 to 60 km/h decreases by 16. 5% and fuel economy of the novel bus improves by 39. 6% compared with the conventional bus.
