摘　　要：文章分析了当前信息伦理和信息伦理教育的困境,研究了西方伦理教育理论中的显学——价值澄清理论给我国高校信息伦理教育带来的深刻启示,探讨了高校图书馆在大学生中实施信息伦理教育的途径。This paper analyzes the present dilemma of information ethics and information ethics education, does the research on the deep enlightenment which the theory of value clarification, the remarkable subjects in western ethics, brought out. It also discusses the approaches by which the university library carries out information ethics education for undergraduates.
