摘　　要：加强临床型研究生和住院医师的培养,造就医德兼备的高级临床医师是临床医学教育的重要任务。文章对如何强化临床医学学位研究生和住院医师临床能力的培养提出了一些思考意见。The clinical training is important for the postgraduate medical students and residents to strengthen their ability and clinical skills to become qualified medical doctors. This paper providessome thoughts and proposals to improve the clinical training process for postgraduate medicalstudents and residents.
