摘　　要：建设和谐校园,是顺应时代潮流的必然要求,同时也是遵循教育规律的客观要求。该文指出,构建和谐校园需要从思想认识、管理创新、政策调整等方面着手,坚持以人为本。Constructing harmonious schoolyard is a necessary requirement of befitting the times tideway, meanwhile it also is a objective request of following the educational regularity. This paper proceeds with the outstanding problems that influence on Qinghai＇s high schools to build harmonious schoolyards, explicates that it needs to handle from the respects of thought recognition, managerial innovation and policy adjustment, and keep up the people foremost, and constantly impel the entire and coordinate development of the schools＇ affairs and teachers and students.
