正确认识高等教育自学考试的社会助学工作——以北京市为例

摘　　要：高等教育自学考试（以下简称“自学考试”）是汲取科举考试精华、融入现代教育理念的具有中国特色的现代教育形式。但长期以来，自学考试机构存在着重视考试、忽视学习过程的倾向。就自学考试的管理体制而言，基本是一种考试管理体制，自学考试的教育功能存在着局限性。社会助学是自学考试的重要组成部分，是自学考试作为一种教育形式存在的基础。就如何正确认识自学考试的社会助学工作，笔者力图找出问题的症结，提出改进助学工作、完善自学考试教育功能的一揽子设想和措施。Self-taught examination is a education form with Chinese characteristics.It have the Imperial Examination distillate and essence of modern education. But with long time, there are some questions in Self-taught examination. As emphasis on examination, the tendency ignores the learning process. On the management system of Self-taught Examination, the examination is a basic management system, the educational functions of self-examination have limitations.Comprehensive evaluation of study is an important component of the Self-taught Examination,self-examination is a form of education as a foundation for existence.How to understand learning management of Self-taught examination correctly, the author seeked the crux of the problem, put forward the ideas and measures to improve Comprehensive evaluation of study, and improve self-examination education function.
